Cancellation Policy:
NO SHOWS- If you give less than 4 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the treatment.
COVID-19 RULES- Any cold or flu like symptoms, feeling unwell or sick, please do not come in to your treatment. Let us know with appropriate time and there will be no charge.
6 HOURS notice for cancellation of your treatment. We need enough time to refill your appointment space.
Payment:
We accept Cash, Check, and E-transfer. Each Practitioner is self employed and will have their own personal email to send transfer to.
Insurance:
We are Registered Massage Therapists with NHPC and will provide receipts after your massage treatment for you to submit to your insurance provider. Our Reflexologist is with the Reflexology Association of Canada, in which you will also be provided a receipt for, however Reiki is not recognized for massage purpose.
